DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer delivery which is done by means of a third-party courier service. We also offer optional insured shipping. Please select which method you prefer at the checkout page when placing an order.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

Subject to availability, orders are shipped by means of a third-party courier service within 2-5 business days after payment reflect in our account. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can select insured shipping at your discretion. Please note that this will only be calculated for orders delivered within the Republic of South Africa.

Our shipping rates are:

  • Standard shipping: R150.00
  • Insured shipping up to R10 000. per order: R350.00
  • Insured shipping up to R20 000.00 per order: R 700.00
  • Insured shipping up to R30 000.00 per order: R950.00

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We utilise an external courier service to deliver parcels on our behalf. As such, we are only able to deliver door-to-door. No deliveries to P.O. box addresses can be made.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number is correct when placing your order. We are not able to notify you regarding delivery attempts made by our courier partner and will rely on them to contact you. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery of your parcel at the delivery address.

Should your parcel remain undelivered after delivery was attempted by the courier, your order may be cancelled. The undelivered parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you for a refund. Cost of delivery and a restocking fee to the value of 10% of the value of your order will be deducted from your refund in such event. We shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier service as soon as possible to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We shall not be liable for any shipments lost in any manner after the shipment was handed over to the courier. In such event, contact the courier company as soon as possible to file a claim.

We shall not be liable for any costs or damages arising from external factors which is beyond our control in connection with any third-party courier service utilised by us. We are not responsible for delays in deliveries or any unforeseen events which may result in loss, destruction or damage to parcels which have been handed over to the courier service. Risk of delivery shall pass to you, the customer, upon handing the parcel over to the utilised courier service.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please contact the courier service for any information on the whereabouts of your parcel.

GENERAL

By placing an order with us through our website you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms contained in this Shipping Policy as well as our general Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to review, change, amend or modify the terms of this Shipping Policy at any time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the latest amended version of this Shipping Policy shall supersede and replace any previous versions thereof.

We are not responsible for notifying you of any changes to our Shipping Policy. You hereby acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review our Shipping Policy for any changes thereto when you visit our website or make use of any of our services.
